Day 4 and 5 of our December Primal Wellness Challenge

Hi! Happy weekend everyone! I hope you are able to relax, catch up from the week and spend some time with family as I am doing! As busy as we are, we need to take time for ourselves,  that’s what this challenge is all about.

I’m doing a short 2 day post because I am in NYC for a whirlwind trip, but I managed to get my squats in yesterday and we’ll be walking (very briskly) uptown after brunch this morning!
